*Free economy shipping is available to retail orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states only (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories) subtotaled $49+ after any applied discounts. This offer is not applicable to open invoices or purchase orders and excludes replacement cage parts.

*Free standard shipping is available to wholesale orders $475+ shipping to the 48 contiguous states only. This offer excludes pet cages or stands and bulk dried insects (10 lb.+). Not applicable to open invoices. Cannot be combined with discounts codes.

Shipping Methods:

Domestic retail orders typically ship the same or next business day (Monday through Friday). Shipping times are calculated by business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The day the package is shipped is not counted in the delivery time; the day after the package is shipped counts as day 1 in transit. Shipping addresses must be applicable for both USPS and FedEx. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost estimated to whatever the actual charges by the carrier are.

Economy Shipping
We select our preferred ground service through USPS or FedEx. Most packages are delivered based on the transit times listed in the delivery maps below, but this service is not guaranteed. 

Standard (Up to 5 Business Days)
We select our preferred ground service to ensure delivery within 4 business days. This service includes a money back guarantee.** 

Expedited (Up to 3 Business Days)
We select our preferred ground service to ensure delivery within 3 business days. This service includes a money back guarantee.** 

This is the only shipping method available for orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous states including APO & FPO addresses. All military addresses must be formatted with the full name of the recipient, the unit or Post Office box number, a three-letter code associated with the type of location (APO, FPO, or DPO), The “state” of the addressee (AA, AE or AP), and the 5-digit zip code for the military unit (starting with a 0 or 9). Shipping times to APO & FPO address will vary but most packages will be delivered in 7 to 13 days.

2-Day Service (2 Business Days)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day and be delivered in 2 business days. Weekends are not counted as business days; therefore, Thursday and Friday 2nd Day orders will arrive Monday or Tuesday of the following week, respectively. This service includes a money back guarantee.** 

Next Business Day
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day and be delivered the next business day. For weekend delivery, please see Saturday Delivery. This service includes a money back guarantee.** 

Saturday Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00pm EST Friday will be delivered on Saturday via FedEx. Saturday Delivery can be utilized only when available based on zip code, call 1.800.463.3339 to see if Saturday delivery is available in your location. This service includes a money back guarantee.** 

**Money-back guarantee: If your order doesn't arrive within the requested service time, your shipping costs can be adjusted based on the delay (not refunded in full). For example, if your request Next Business Day service but the package arrives in 2 business days, then your shipping costs will be adjusted based on the difference in price between Next Business Day and 2 Day service. Reimbursements are issued upon request, not automatically. Please Contact Us after delivery to request a reimbursement. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery when shipping to a PO Box.

Carriers do not guarantee on-time arrival in the occurrence of weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events. Exotic Nutrition does not offer refunds based on these types of delays, or packages lost in transit. In times of inclement conditions, there is a chance that a package(s) will be delayed in transit. ECONOMY SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME

All orders are shipped from our facility in Virginia. Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:

International orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Shipping addresses must be applicable for postal service delivery. Most shipments are collected by the U.S. Postal Service carrier, shipped via air service, processed through the Customs Department in your country, then transferred to your local carrier for delivery. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost estimated to whatever the actual charges by the carrier are.

Some countries' Customs Department will charge duties and taxes upon entry into your country, which are due on receipt by the recipient (customer). To determine these charges ahead of time, please contact your local Customs Department within your country. Exotic Nutrition is not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Please note that some of the items that we sell, such as live insects and foods with animal-origin ingredients, may not be allowed into your country because of customs regulations. To determine these regulations ahead of time, please contact your local Customs Department within your country. If your order is undeliverable or refused by customs, you will still be responsible for the cost of the order. Exotic Nutrition is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If the order is returned back to us and the merchandise is not damaged, we can refund the cost of the merchandise, but the original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
