Love the product and I HATE the new size. One of my gliders is sight impaired and it takes loosing at least three drops for her to grab one of them. Actively looking for another source. As others here have mentioned I have been regularly bitten truing to feed them to her. Very disappointing. -Rico S.

For everyone complaining about the smaller size and getting nipped just use a tweezer and give the sugie bear two of em! I actually like the smaller size but I do agree they eat them really quick!!! I like to find the ones that have two stuck together but think of it this way u can give them more than one to enjoy and it’s better portion control!

My 12 year old sugar glider Gizmo has always had a sweet tooth but boyyyyy does he go NUTS for these little drops. No joke he knows when I’m opening the bag and pops out of his pouch. Now here’s the crazy part. I actually have to give Gizzy his yogu’s with a tweezer now. He literally lunges at my fingers, and I’ve been bitten several times because he is soooo eager to grab it. Little monster. He doesn’t go crazy for ANY treat (except his live mealworms) like he does his yogu drops. A MUST HAVE

My gliders love the yogurt drops, but, unfortunately the size are extremely small. I usually get nipped because I hand feed them. Poor things they don't realize my finger is taking up most of the size. Well I guess I have to shop elsewhere for the ones I use to buy from you guys. But, they surely love them. I would appreciate a response as to why these treats were shrunk down to such a small size. -Victoria C.

I must agree with Berrybug regarding the smaller size. WHY? Yes, our Sugar Gliders love them, but the chances of getting bit have increased dramatically if one enjoys feeding them by hand. The original size was perfect for them and us. these smaller ones are a pain, especially without explanation. -R.C.

Dear Exotic Nutrition,
Why did you shrink the size of what was already a tiny treat to an even smaller size???
They're too tiny now! Wish you'd go back to the larger size so my sugar glider could actually have some time to sit and enjoy a piece for a bit instead of quickly looking for another tiny morsel. I dislike the smaller size, but I will say, my glider loves these yogurt drops immensely. -Carol V.

During warmer months, unfortunately it is difficult to keep the yogurt drops consistent during transit. We do have a heat advisory posted on the product listing, they are shipped at your own risk. The good news is that your yogurt drops, although melted, are fine to feed to your pets. Simply place the bag in the fridge for a few hours then you will be able to chop the yogurt into smaller pieces to feed as usual. The ingredients are not compromised and are still a tasty treat for your pet.
We can't guarantee the condition of the yogurt drops, but the best chance to receive the product in good condition would be to add multiple cold packs to the order and ship by an expedited shipping service. If you don't want to opt for cold packs with next day shipping, our best recommendation would be to wait until cooler temperatures to order yogurt products. Many of our customers choose to purchase in bulk to stock up when temperatures are cooler.]

Unfortunately the yogurt drops had congealed into a solid mass after apparently exposed to heat en route to our home. That said, after pounding and chipping away the pieces were well received as treats by our trio of sugar gliders. The copious small crumbs & the pile of yogurt dust were similarly enjoyed mixed with fruits or the standard pellets in their diet. All's well that ends well. Given the times we exist in these days I will accept the possible risk of melting and be grateful none of our little friends took ill for the treats. -Gilbert W.
