Small Pet Carrier

I ordered this item and when it arrived, I didn't open it right away, but waited a week or two before I opened the box. I had ordered several items and this carrier was in with the other items, like food and treats for my Sugar Gliders. The carrier arrived broken. One of the clips that hold the top down was damaged and rendered useless. I contacted Exotic Nutrition and was told that I was basically stuck with it because I didn't report the damage within 2 days of receipt of the item. Needless to say, I'm stuck with a useless $18 pet carrier and am not at all satisfied with the customer service. -Jessica S.

I've had a couple of these carriers and while the body of the carrier is well designed, the lid leaves a lot to be desired. The latch and lid are quite difficult to open single-handed. However, I can put my rats in there and they have the lid opened in record time. So the security against any of them escaping is horrible! Also, I have had to buy multiple of these carriers because the lid can so easily crack or break. If there would be an alternative type of carrier, I would likely choose the alternative. A better lid design is needed. -Jules M.

I bought it because I thought it would be very durable, but the hinge side broke almost immediately and I find the top hard to open. -Kraemer D.
