I like the little dish very well. However, Melvin, my boxturtle, doesn't. He would not eat his mealworms! He prefers the small, white china saucer from a child's tea set. Maybe he can see the mealworms better. I can't say for sure, and he isn't talking. - Linda L.

Its decent, however mealworms still seem to find a way to escape the dish just slows down the time for them to escape. - Danielle F.

This dish allows me to easily feed my crested geckos mealworms which like to hide as quickly as they can when dropped into the lizards cage. I have 23 breeding cages which makes it very time consuming to feed mealworms on a regular basis. With this ,fill the dish, put in cage, case closed. -Nicholas F.

I actually use this to make my sugar gliders food in. It fits nicely in their cage and it’s shallow enough that they don’t just flop into it like deeper dishes.-Alyssa S.
