Healthy treats have several benefits for both pets and pet owners. Treats can lend variety to an otherwise monotonous diet, provide good exercise for teeth and jaws, and add behavioral enrichment for animals that spend their lives in a small, limited environment. Most importantly, treats form a connection between pets and pet owners, assisting in bonding and training.

FEEDING RECOMMENDATION: This product is a treat and should be fed sparingly, it is not a substitute for a regular, balanced diet. Offer treats 2-3 times per week or as a small portion (less than 10%) of the main diet. Treats may lead to health issues like obesity when overfed. If your pet is not consuming its regular balanced diet, withhold serving treats until stable eating habits resume.

INGREDIENTS: farm raised crickets (gryllus linnaeus).

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place.

DISCLAIMER: The crickets used in this product are raised in bedding that contains a small percentage (approx. 4%) of corn, which poses a risk for aflatoxins if the corn is compromised and grows mold. Aflatoxin poisoning is extremely rare, but pet owners are advised to feed at their own risk.

I bought a couple jars of Cricket Crunch Treat for my Buckeye hens. They of course loved it! It is disturbing that my hens can't seem to find very many insects to eat on our property. We don't use chemicals or poisons anywhere in the garden or yard but insect life seems to be practically non-existent. Our neighbors have beautiful lawns and I fear they use gallons of pesticides to kill anything that would dare invade their lawns....dandelions, grubs and crickets.....oh my! - Mary M

Well, some days the gliders like them and other days they couldn't care less. I think it is just them, not the product. - Dennis T.

My Sugar Gliders have their likes and dislikes of various different treats and fruits that we've tried with them. The cricket crunch is one of their favorite snacks to eat. It took them time to get used to eating them because I don't think their previous owner fed them crickets but after about a week this one was easily one of their favorite little meals. The smell is unpleasant, but if my babies love it, I will continue to endure that smell just for them! -Nedra W.
