We Ship Worldwide!

We do ship to all international destinations. We ship all of our products internationally except for cages & live insects. We can ship certain cage to Canada, but they would have to ship by UPS, and customs fees will be requested before delivery. Canadian customers wishing to order cages, please contact us by phone to place your order.

We ship most international orders by U.S. Postal Service Priority Air Mail International. Shipping times for international orders range from 7 days to 3 weeks before delivery. Most international orders are delivered within 10 days, but certain countries will take longer for delivery. Once the order leaves the United States, tracking is difficult and delivery times will vary from country to country. Place your order on our website, select the shipping method – Air Mail (Outside the U.S.). Canadian customers select - Air Mail (Canada). You will receive USPS tracking information by email once we ship your order.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in our shopping cart before you finalize your order. Again, please note, these shipping costs may be adjusted depending on the dimensions of the box required to ship your order in.

Shipping costs are based on weight of your order, and the dimensions of the box that we ship in. The most economical shipping method is by Flat Rate Box. We can ship up to 18 lbs. for $48.00 to anywhere in the world. The items must be able to fit into the Flat Rate Box - (12 inch x 12 inch x 5 inch). If the items that you order do not fit into the Flat Rate Box, we will use a standard shipping box, and the shipping cost will go up. You can view the shipping costs on our website once you place the items in your shopping cart, select your shipping method, and enter your address. International shipping must select the shipping method – Air Mail. We do not charge more than the actual cost of shipping. At times international shipping costs that are automatically calculated will have to be adjusted, depending on the size of the items that you are ordering. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs accordingly.

Typically there are no customs or duty fees, although each country is different. If there are customs or duty fees upon entering your country, you will be responsible for those costs. If the customs/duty fees are not paid upon entry into your country, and your order is returned back to us, you will still be responsible for the shipping cost of your order. If there are restrictions on the merchandise entering your country, and the merchandise is rejected by your country's customs, you will still be responsible for all shipping costs even if the merchandise is returned back to us.
