Possum/skunk barely ate

I have a number of possums and Skunks that come to my property. I was excited to give them this food, but they seem to still like the cat food kibble better😞

This food is extremely hard and my hedgehog will not eat it. She has tried but she doesn’t appear to be able to chew it up. I have read stories where they break their teeth and I don’t want to take a chance on my hedgehog getting hurt. I have attempted to give this food to her over the course of several nights and it is always left there in the morning
