The Wobust Wodent Wheel 12" provides a fun fitness experience for small animals. This wheel features a safe running surface with ridges. The Sandy Track provides a soft but abrasive running surface to naturally file your pet's nails as they run. The included heavy duty wire stand lets you use it as a free-standing wheel. The three openings offer multiple points of entry, while the solid rear wall offers extra support and comfort as your pet runs. The 12-inch wheel is ideal for hedgehogs, chinchillas, rats, and other small pets.

Sandy Track (sold separately) Sandy Trimmer Tracks provide a soft, abrasive running surface for your pet while using their exercise wheel. Simply install the sandy track in place of the regular track, it takes only a minute, and your pet’s nails will be naturally filed down as they run. Conveniently hand-washable and reusable. The Sandy Track is not recommended for flat-footed animals like hamsters or hedgehogs.

It needs a little alteration

My Bob Marley the chinchilla is a chonkie fella and these holes were just too small. The return policy is kinda crappy so I’m going to try and use a wood burning tool to carve out a bigger entrance. On top of having to buy a tool to fix this, the bloody thing went on sale a few days later so more money wasted. First time ordering here, kinda bummed.

All around solid

This is my second wheel purchase from this site and I also have two other Silent Runner wheels. By far, the Wodent Wheel is my favorite so far. There's no bearings that can get loose or oddities. It's just a simple wheel that is quiet and well balanced. You can get replacement parts if you need and the swap is simple. Not to mention the price point to value. I love the look, the wide track and the large openings that will suit the largest of Syrian hamsters but light enough for the smallest of robos to get spin. Not to mention, it sits lower to the ground so it's not hard for the hamster to get onto the wheel. All of my wheels are on platforms simply because I don't trust them directly on the bedding.

I even have two of the praised Niteangel wheels, a 10 inch and a 12.8 inch. While those are nice and great for the agressive chewers, this wheel takes the cake when it comes to functionality and practicality.

This is my favorite wheel. In the play pen where my hamsters take turns for free roam, the Silent Runners are always picked over the other wheels.

Unless if I plan on getting gerbils or some other perpetual chewer, the Wodent Wheels are my go to from now on.

The metal arm that slides through the wheel is way too short! I had to really compress the wheel together to get the pin in, and the sharp pin sticks straight out and is a safety hazard. Also, the wheel is very hard to spin because it is pushed together so tightly just to get it on the frame. I'm not able to use it so it was a total waste of money ☹

This may the best value in terms of price vs. quality of all small animal wheels on the market.
A safe running surface, easy to clean and re-assemble, lightweight but sturdy enough for even the most enthusiastic hamster.
Use a little vegetable oil every now and again to eliminate squeaks and do NOT lose those locking pins.
