I really would have liked to give this cage five stars, but ours is only 6 months old and 4 of the bars have popped loose like they weren't welded properly or something. We decided to go with this cage even though it is expensive because of it being made for animals like squirrels in mind and because of what we thought was a quality product. $224 and we have to figure out a way to close up the holes made from the bars or the cage will be useless.
I bought this cage ultimately for my wildlife rehabbing and it has successfully housed opossums and squirrels (separately, of course) but has also tolerated the outside elements too... as it sits under my backyard porch space. Sturdy, and easy to clean!
The cage was easy to put together in my opinion just wish it was easier to be able to tell the screws and washers and bolts apart. I got it together in maybe one hour as a sixteen year old. My sugar gliders loves it so much more then his old one it was only 32 inches tall so this one is a big improvement for him. (everything in his cage is from exotic nutrition except the colorful ropes) picture of drake to because he's to cute not to show.
