The Repticare Mini Rock Heater is designed to duplicate the natural basking process of most small lizards and snakes, including Baby Bearded Dragons, Collard Lizards, Swifts, Terrestrial Geckos, Small Corn or King Snakes, etc. and is made of 100% hydrated rock material that is twice as strong as cement or pumice. It provides full coverage of the rock's surface, with no "hot spots" and the washable surface helps prevent harmful bacteria build up. This isolated heat source will help heat up their digestive tract and help digest your pet's high protein meals.

INSTRUCTIONS: Place your Repticare Rock Heater in your terrarium. Plug in. The heater will take several hoursto heat up and should feel warm to the touch. Generally, the surface of the rock will get between 10-20 degrees above the ambient terrarium temperature.

CLEANING: Unplug heater and remove from terrarium. Wait for the heater to cool down then spray the surface of the rock with a disinfectant cleaner. Allow to sit for five minutes then use a slightly damp paper towel to clean the surface. Allow the heater to dry before returning to terrarium and pluggin back in.

Do not place rock heater directly under heat lamps or emitters or dierctly over an under tank heating pad. Never place a rock heater in close proximity to any primary heater.
