Combination of our two Gumivore-Fare blends ... The original Gumivore-fare with mealworms, and the Mixed Fruit Gumivore-Fare. Easy to feed, acacia gum base supplemental food source for Sugar Gliders & Marmosets. Exotic Nutrition TM developed this Acacia gum supplemental food (Gumivore-Fare) for Sugar gliders & other gumivores. 'Gumivore-Fare' delivers Pure Acacia Gum (in jell form) combined with whole fresh large mealworms, and fresh fruit. Gliders & Marmosets can't resist this food which is native to there homeland, and natural diet. 'Gumivore-fare' has no preservative, is all natural, easy to feed jell, that is ready to use. Sugar gliders feed on Acacia Gum sap in the wild. The Australian acacia gum is a very important carbohydrate source, and gliders are able to digest about 90% of the gum. Gliders spent about half their time in the wild (43%) feeding on gum from the Acacia trees, Gumivore-Fare is the latest food product by Exotic Nutrition, it simplifies, and mimics the Gumivore's natural food sources.

Exotic Nutrition’s Gumivore-Fare is formulated to be fed as a Supplementary food source to Sugar gliders, Marmosets, Tamarins, and other gum feeding mammals. Offer Gumivore-fare in an open dish, or it can be placed into hollow openings in branches, to allow animals to forage. Gumivore-Fare is a supplemental food, and should not be offered as the sole food source. Feed along with a balanced diet plan.

FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS: Offer approximately ½ tbsp (½ ice cube) of Gumivore-fare as a treat no more than 3 days per week, along with a nutritional diet like Glider Complete (2 tbsp). We recommend putting out Gumivore-fare at night when your sugar gliders wake up, so that moist food does not sit out for long and dry up. Offer in an open dish, or it can be placed into hollow openings in branches to allow animals to forage. Additional vitamins are not neccessary if your glider's diet is made up of at least 75% Glider Complete. Do not leave moistened food out for more than 12 hours, change out pellet food every 24 hours. Always provide fresh drinking water to your sugar glider.

JAR STORAGE: Once opened, store jar foods in your refrigerator. They will store refrigerated for 7-10 days. Freeze jar if it will not be finished in 7-10 days. We recommend scooping ½ tbsp servings into an ice tray or onto wax paper before freezing, for easy serving. Jar will last for up to 6 months in a freezer after opening. Unopened jars can be stored frozen up to 1 year.
