  1. How can I contact you?

    Click on the Contact Us link in the Customer Service menu.

  2. When will my order ship?

    Order processing time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Although not guaranteed, most weekday orders placed before 12:00pm EST will be packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will ship the next business day, and weekend orders will ship Monday. Please see our full shipping terms for more information. 

  3. Can I pick up my order?

    Yes! Although we do not have a retail storefront, we do allow for local customers to save on transit time and any applicable shipping cost by picking up at our office & warehouse location. Please select the "Local Customer Pick-Up" shipping option at checkout.

    Pick-Ups can be made during business hours (8:00am-4:00pm EST) Monday-Friday at the following location:

    The only live animals we sell are mealworms. We do not sell any other exotic or non-exotic animals.
